AXYS SMS Messaging Terms
These terms describe the AXYS SMS (text message) program. AXYS is a property management platform operated by Kadmany and Co LLC. By providing your mobile number and enabling SMS in your AXYS account, you agree to receive the account-security text messages described below.
What messages we send
AXYS sends account-security text messages only: one-time verification and sign-in (2FA) codes. We do not send marketing, promotional, or payment text messages. AXYS is always the sender.
How you opt in
You opt in to SMS by adding your mobile phone number in your AXYS account (Settings → Profile) and enabling SMS verification in Settings → Security. The phone-number field and SMS enrollment screen state that, by adding your number and enabling SMS, you agree to receive account verification and sign-in codes from AXYS. No number is messaged unless you add it to your own account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency
Message frequency may vary and depends on your account activity (for example, each sign-in or verification that uses SMS).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AXYS does not charge you for these messages.
Help and opt-out
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@axys.co, for help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving text messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
